Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current Pharmacy Technician licensure in any US state.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• At least 1 year of hospital or clinic experience.
• At least 1 year of data entry with EMR/pharmacy software.

Aufgaben

• Participate in management of Pharmacy software programs including new implementations, ongoing operations, and outcome analysis.
• Maintain pharmacy software databases, electronic health records and other software and automation systems.
• Investigate informatics problems and provide resolutions.
• Assist in training staff on informatics systems and processes.
• Assist in maintaining interfaces between pharmacy software systems and external systems.
• Contribute to projects to improve pharmacy safety and efficiency via informatics.
• Ensure data quality and accuracy for databases and reports under supervision.
• Collaborate across Pharmacy Management, Account Management, Network Management, Contracting, Pricing, Finance.
• Wear proper PPE at all times while on duty.
• Complete all donning and doffing tasks safely and dispose of PPE properly.
• Perform routine cleaning/decontamination of surfaces to ensure safety.
• Perform other duties and special projects as requested.
