Job summary

Qualifications

• Pharmacist license in Texas or eligible for licensure within 6 months.
• Willow Certified.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with spreadsheet, database, and data query software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience leading clinical informatics projects and governance/change control.
• Hospital-inpatient pharmacy workflow experience.
• 5 years of experience with Pharmacy Information Systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain pharmacy information systems to optimize workflows and outcomes.
• Work independently as System Administrator/Project Manager for validation and testing.
• Collaborate with physician, pharmacy, nurse leaders and informatics teams.
• Monitor billing accuracy and data integrity across financial/outcome systems.
• Document activities and track issues using Ivanti, Sherlock, Data Courier, SharePoint.
• Build and maintain drug orders and mixtures per guidelines.
• Educate pharmacy staff on new workflows and changes.
• Adhere to Health Informatics policies and office etiquette.
• Provide on-call support for multiple facilities during non-business hours.
• Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
