Job summary

HCA Healthcare seeks a Pharmacy Engagement Specialist to bridge the Corporate Medication Management Alignment Team with divisional facilities. You will track MMA Standards alignment, analyze gaps, and define implementation timelines, with travel up to 25%.

The role requires 2+ years acute care pharmacy experience and leadership in healthcare, plus experience with clinical informatics and EHR systems. Travel is expected about 1–2 months per trip.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years Acute Care Pharmacy experience
• Minimum 1 year of healthcare leadership experience
• Minimum 1 year Clinical/Pharmacy Informatics experience with EHR implementations

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of a unified build approach to medications in Expanse.
• Execute the Medication Management Alignment process under Sr. Director guidance and communicate impact on patient care.
• Support engagement and change management of facility and division Pharmacy leadership.
• Promote Expanse initiatives and ongoing learning and innovation in pharmacy.
• Foster an environment for continuous practice improvement and organizational learning.
• Collaborate with divisions to develop implementation timelines and ensure task completion.
• Serve as a resource to divisions implementing MMA standards and provide feedback to Corporate MMA Team.
• Assist in inventory analysis development and addressing medication inventory gaps identified in analyses.
