Job summary

HCA Healthcare is seeking a Pharmacy Engagement Specialist to liaise between the Corporate Medication Management Alignment Team and divisional facilities. You will track MMA Standards alignment, analyze gaps, and define timelines. Travel up to 25% is expected.

You will lead Expanse-related implementations, support change management, and promote ongoing learning to advance patient care across divisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years Acute Care Pharmacy experience.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in healthcare.
• Minimum 1 year Clinical/Pharmacy Informatics and EHR implementations experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of a unified build approach to medications in Expanse.
• Execute the Medication Management Alignment process and communicate impact.
• Support engagement and change management of Pharmacy leadership in divisions.
• Promote Expanse initiatives and ongoing learning and innovation.
• Foster an environment for practice improvement and organizational learning.
• Partner with divisions to develop implementation timelines and ensure completion.
• Serve as a resource answering questions and providing feedback to MMA Team.
• Support inventory analysis and procurement plans for medication gaps.
