Job summary

Signature Health in Beachwood, OH is seeking a dedicated Courier, Pharmacy to deliver medications and supplies to patients' homes and Signature Health locations.

As a full-time role, you will maintain accurate records, ensure safe transport, and provide courteous service while supporting HIPAA compliance.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, a valid Ohio driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds; experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license and proof of insurance required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on occasion.
• 1+ years’ experience transporting biological, sensitive or important items preferred.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools (Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Deliver Pharmacy medications and products to client homes and Signature Health locations.
• Serve as liaison between Pharmacy team and patients to ensure timely deliveries.
• Provide exceptional customer service and protect patient privacy per HIPAA.
• Maintain auditable records of transactions and follow safety policies.
• Adhere to all company policies and applicable laws during transport.
