Job summary

Alive and Well is seeking a Pharmacy Business Development Sales Specialist to lead outreach to clinics and providers for compounding pharmacy services in Texas, with a focus on Austin. This role combines in-person visits, phone outreach, and virtual calls to expand our pharmacy footprint and revenue.

The ideal candidate will develop provider relationships, drive prescription volumes, and promote our comprehensive pharmacy offerings while upholding Alive and Well’s Service Promise.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an office setting with cold calling/selling.
• Warm, friendly, and service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates professionalism, reliability, and multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Developing and growing a provider/clinic base of business and building those relationships.
• Grow incoming prescription volume to achieve all revenue, script count, and margin goals while operating within budgeted expenses.
• General P&L understanding and management.
• Learn catalog of products and identify key opportunities to expand offerings.
• Provide elevated customer service as part of Alive and Well Service Promise.
• Promote all Alive and Well offerings with providers in an informed and inspiring way.
• Collaborative by nature, team player, and work well with others.
• As brand ambassador, work with Pharmacists and Practitioners to develop long-term relationships in the local community.
• Drive and participate in community events to raise awareness.
