Job summary

Alive and Well Health in Austin is seeking a Pharmacy Business Development Manager to lead expansion of our compounding pharmacy services. You will develop and execute outreach programs to clinics and providers across states we are licensed in, with emphasis on Texas, aiming to become the pharmacy of choice for sterile and non-sterile compounding.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in professional office environment with cold calling/selling (pharmacy services preferred).
• Warm, friendly, service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Professional, reliable, multitask effectively.
• Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
• Comfortable learning and using software.
• Strong communication in-person, written, and over the phone.
• Collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Able to preserve confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a provider/clinic base of business and build those relationships.
• Grow incoming prescription volume to meet revenue, script count, and margin goals within budgeted expenses.
• General P&L understanding and management.
• Promote all Alive and Well offerings with providers in an informed and inspiring way.
• Collaborative by nature, team player, and work well with others.
• As Alive and Well’s brand ambassador, work with Pharmacists and Practitioners on outreach to local businesses and health professionals to develop long term relationships.
• Drive and participate in community events to raise awareness about Alive and Well.
