Clover Health is seeking a General Manager, Pharmacy in New Jersey to own the P&L and scale the pharmacy platform. You’ll lead a high‑impact team, set strategic direction, and ensure quality and compliance while driving member experience.

You will partner across strategy, clinical leadership, and care initiatives to grow the pharmacy business within Clover’s Medicare Advantage program and expand capabilities for future populations.

Qualificações

• Led dispensing, specialty, mail-order, rare-disease, oncology or digital pharmacy through scale or transformation.
• Owned a P&L or had clear accountability for a substantial business line.
• Proven enterprise leader who can set strategy, build an organization, and stay hands-on when needed.
• Understands pharmacy operations, licensing, fulfillment, workflow, automation, quality, and provider engagement.
• Experience in a regulated, metrics-rich environment balancing growth, economics, and compliance.
• Integrated payer/provider/pharmacy experience preferred.
• Willing to travel frequently to New Jersey.

Responsabilidades

• Own the pharmacy P&L, annual operating plan, capital priorities and scorecard.
• Lead scaling of Clover's pharmacy platform with a clear operating plan and accountabilities.
• Set long-term strategy and scaling roadmap including capacity, facilities, licensing, tech, automation and staffing.
• Build and lead a high-performing management team; define day-to-day ownership.
• Establish operating cadence and metrics across volume, unit economics, turnaround, quality, compliance and member experience.
• Drive growth across Clover's Medicare Advantage membership through provider engagement and referral pathways.
• Oversee licensing, credentialing, regulatory readiness and compliance through leaders/partners.
• Strengthen partnerships with wholesalers, manufacturers, tech vendors, and others.
• Collaborate with Pharmacy Strategy, Clinical leadership, and Care Initiatives to improve member outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to extend the platform's capabilities to other populations.
