Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Pharmacy Fulfillment Technician for our Westwood, MA mail order operation. The role focuses on accurately filling prescriptions, packaging, tracking deliveries, and maintaining inventory on an automated line.

Prior MA Pharmacy Technician credentials are required, with 1–3 years of related experience welcomed. Ideal candidates will be proficient with standard MS Office tools and computer systems, and thrive in a fast-paced, customer‑focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Pharmacy Technician (Massachusetts) – Massachusetts Board of Pharmacy.
• 1–3 years related work experience required.
• Experience with computer systems required, including web-based applications and some Microsoft Office applications which may include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access.

Responsibilities

• Supports all aspects of the pharmacy fulfillment process including accurately filling/counting prescriptions, processing payment utilizing the POS system.
• Packages, processes, tracks, and communicates delivery of prescription orders including addressing problems/issues with delivery process.
• Maintaining and procuring inventory of packaging and pharmacy supplies.
• Routine cleaning and maintenance of pharmacy including pharmacy equipment.
• Maintenance and filing of required recordkeeping/logs.
• All other duties assigned by the Pharmacy manager or designee.
