Job summary

Team 360 Staffing, on behalf of CareTria, is seeking a Pharmacy Fulfillment Technician for Charlestown, Indiana. This role prepares, fills, and distributes prescriptions, maintains equipment and inventory, and ensures accurate patient and drug information records.

The position requires one year of pharmacy operations or logistics experience and Indiana Pharmacy Technician Certification, with strong English communication and strict HIPAA compliance. On-site work with daytime shifts in Charlestown.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy operations or logistics experience required.
• Indiana Pharmacy Technician Certification required.
• Strong reading/writing/speaking English skills.
• Experience with prescription fulfillment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist with reviewing, processing, preparing, filling, labeling, and dispensing medications.
• Verify prescription information before processing (prescriber, patient, medication, dose, quantity, refills).
• Communicate with PSC representatives to ensure medication compliance and inventory.
• Maintain prescription logs and related records with HIPAA compliance.
• Receive, store, and log inventory; inform supervisors of stock needs or shortages.
• Post payments and shipments; monitor account activity and accuracy.
