Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Fulfillment Specialist to join our client in Dallas, TX, supporting the accurate processing and distribution of healthcare-related products in a fast-paced environment. The role involves cross-functional collaboration to ensure quality, accuracy, and efficiency throughout the order fulfillment process.

The position is onsite with a Monday–Friday schedule (9:00 AM–6:00 PM or 10:00 AM–7:00 PM).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail with ability to follow established procedures and maintain records
• Experience in healthcare distribution, fulfillment operations, or related environments is valued
• Demonstrated problem solving skills, reliability, organizational abilities, and collaborative approach
• Ability to perform repetitive work, stay on feet, lift up to 20 pounds, and accommodate varying shift needs

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end preparation and processing of customer orders with accurate selection, packaging, and preparation for delivery
• Review order details to maintain quality and resolve discrepancies before shipments
• Coordinate with operations to ensure efficient workflows and consistent service levels
• Assist with inventory control and handling of specialized items
• Maintain compliance and support process improvements in a growing fulfillment environment
