Job summary

Mercury Pharmacy Services, a Guardian Pharmacy, in Mountlake Terrace, WA, is seeking a Fulfillment Assistant under supervision of a Registered Pharmacist. You will fill and package prescriptions for delivery, apply labels, and ensure accurate, timely processing.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, WA Pharmacy Assistant license, and 1+ year of related experience. Strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment are

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; WA State Pharmacy Assistant's license required.
• 1+ year of related experience; technical skills may substitute for experience.
• Basic computer skills required for order entry, labeling, and inventory tasks.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing and labeling activities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare prescription orders by verifying information and filling appropriate prescriptions from inventory.
• Apply labels to medication packaging, scan and assemble into bins accurately and timely.
• Alert pharmacist on duty of any medication scanning issues and follow up as needed.
• Participate in training to gain proficiency in other Fulfillment workflow areas.
• Maintain inventory and ensure adequate supply; assist in physical inventory when needed.
• Meet established accuracy and productivity levels while working with team members.
