Job summary

The Pharmacy Hub is seeking a high‑potential operator to lead front‑end operations from sales through pharmacy launch and ongoing client success. Expect responsibility for onboarding, account management, and implementing automation to scale processes.

Based in Fort Lauderdale, FL, this role is 100% on‑site with a heavy emphasis on analytics, cross‑functional coordination, and executive partnership to drive measurable improvements in client delivery and business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree minimum; MBA/MHA/MS or related graduate degree preferred in business/healthcare/analytics/supply chain.
• Experience beyond dispensing or traditional retail pharmacy operations.
• Strong analytical capability and comfort working with data.
• Excellent communication across clients, employees, executives, pharmacists, and technical teams.
• Pharmacy industry experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end operations and all pre‑PV1 workflows, including patient/order intake and data entry.
• Own sales, onboarding, and client lifecycle from signed contract to launch and ongoing performance.
• Build automation solutions across front‑end operations to replace manual tasks with scalable systems.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, workflows, and operating processes; drive cross‑functional coordination.
• Develop and coach team members; partner with executive leadership to scale the organization.
