Job summary

RIS Rx, based in Irvine, CA, seeks a Patient Success Specialist (Customer Service) to perform eligibility assessments, verify benefits, and investigate benefits for patients in therapeutic programs via web or live calls.

You will also assist with affordability programs by organizing reimbursement submissions and will need strong multitasking, prioritization, and collaboration to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in customer service/call center
• Past medical billing or pharmacy experience preferred
• Experience with multiline phone systems, Salesforce and MS Office

Summary:

As a Patient Success Specialist (Customer Service), you will play a vital role in executing day-to-day deliverables across our program portfolio. You will be responsible for completing eligibility assessments, benefits verifications, and benefits investigations for patients enrolling in therapeutic programs via web or live calls. You will also support our commercial affordability programs by completing and organizing reimbursement submissions. Your ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in an expanded capability role will be essential to your success.

Experience:

• Customer Service/Call Center Experience: 1-2 years
