Job summary

Baystate Health is seeking a Pharmacy Education Coordinator to lead education, training and competency programs across the Department of Acute Care Pharmacy Services at Baystate Medical Center.

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Pharmacy Services and Manager of Clinical Quality and Education, you will oversee residency programs, student education, preceptor development and compliance with accrediting bodies, while coordinating with Academic Affairs and leadership to align goals with

Qualifications

• Requires Doctor of Pharmacy degree and accreditation standards knowledge.
• Leads pharmacy education and competency development.
• Oversees residency programs and preceptor development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Graduate and Undergraduate Pharmacy Education oversight and residency programs compliance with ASHP Accreditation.
• Lead planning, development and implementation of educational and competency programs for inpatient care.
• Support clinical pharmacy team staffing and educational initiatives in acute care.
• Promote scholarly activity and coordinate with Academic Affairs and Pharmacy Department.
