Job summary

Qualifications
- Doctorate of Pharmacy required; Alaska license or eligibility.
- Minimum five years of hospital/ambulatory pharmacy experience.
- Two years supervisory experience and leadership skills.
- Experience with regulatory compliance and accreditation standards (e.g., Joint Commission, CMS) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and operational oversight for assigned pharmacy services.
- Serve as Pharmacist in Charge of the respective pharmacy.
- Lead workforce plans, staffing, scheduling for the area.
- Identify and monitor process improvements for pharmacy services.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and quality improvement metrics.
