Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of experience in Learning Program Development and Execution, HR, Talent Acquisition or High School/GED with at least 4 years in Learning Program Development and Execution.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines and strong time management.
• Experience developing presentations for diverse audiences within an organization.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships across levels internally and externally.
• Creative problem-solving skills and proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develops, writes and edits deliverables for early career programs (internships, apprenticeships, rotations) with strong quality control.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to design learning materials and approaches for enterprise talent programs.
• Designs innovative learning experiences aligned with company strategy and cross-functional SMEs.
• Plans complex learning projects, tracks metrics, and reports on retention and conversion to full-time roles.
• Measures effectiveness of learning initiatives and improves usability of systems/tools.
