Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree required (B.S. or PharmD) and California pharmacist licensure.
• Minimum 4 years of recent pharmacy work experience.
• Leadership experience preferred (2+ years).
• Residency, MBA/MS/MHA, or professional association membership preferred.

Responsibilities
