Job summary

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution.
• ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency completed.
• Current California Pharmacist licensure or eligibility via reciprocity.
• Minimum five years of progressive leadership in health-system pharmacy.
• At least two years managing ambulatory infusion operations and clinical ambulatory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for ambulatory infusion and specialty pharmacy operations.
• Own P&L, budgeting, and capital planning for ambulatory services.
• Lead revenue-cycle strategies for infusion and specialty drugs with payer access optimization.
• Oversee 340B compliance and accreditation like URAC/ACHC.
• Design clinical practice models and credentialing pathways.
• Foster safety, quality, and professional growth across pharmacy staff.
• Represent the department on organizational committees and align goals with leadership.
