Job summary

The Richland Hospital, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Director of Pharmacy to lead our Pharmacy Services and advance patient-centered care within the hospital.

This executive role focuses on strategic leadership, clinical pharmacy services, and operational oversight across medication procurement, preparation, dispensing, and monitoring. The ideal candidate holds a Pharmacy degree with a Wisconsin license, PharmD preferred, and prior leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree from an accredited college or university
• PharmD preferred
• Current Wisconsin Pharmacist License
• Previous leadership or management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the Pharmacy Services team and provide administrative direction
• Oversee all pharmacy operations including procurement, storage, preparation, dispensing and monitoring
• Coordinate clinical pharmacy services to support patient-centered care
• Develop and implement goals aligned with the hospital mission and quality standards
• Foster a professional practice environment focused on safe and efficient operations
