Job summary

JobRx, Inc. is seeking a Pharmacy Director for a permanent, full-time position. The Pharmacy Director is responsible for all aspects of the Pharmacy Department, including supervising staff, managing budgets, and ensuring pharmaceutical care for patients in an acute care setting.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, a Pharm.D., and 3-5 years of experience as a Director of Pharmacy along with a current South Carolina license.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years' experience as Director of Pharmacy.
• Current licensed pharmacist in South Carolina.
• Knowledge of systems used in Pharmacy.

• Prepares and manages the departmental budget.
• Supervises pharmacy support personnel ensuring accuracy.
• Participates in quality improvement and medication reviews.
