Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• Pharmacy Technology, Business Administration, or Administrative Support preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Vice President of Pharmacy Services in executing business and product development initiatives.
• Coordinate meetings, document minutes, and ensure follow-up on actions.
• Serve as primary contact for pharmacy-related inquiries from Concentra centers and internal stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and training on system functionality and workflows, including MDScripts.
• Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting to support operations.
