Job summary

Grace Health is seeking a pharmacy delivery driver to pick up prescriptions from Grace Health pharmacies and deliver them to patients or other sites. You will ensure prompt, accurate deliveries while maintaining medication security and proper documentation.

Excellent communication with patients and pharmacy staff is essential, as is adhering to safety guidelines and vehicle upkeep. This role may involve occasional backup support for pharmacy technicians when needed.

Qualifications

• Requires valid Kentucky driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work unsupervised and manage cash handling.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and navigate stairs.
• Excellent communication with patients and pharmacy staff.

Responsibilities

• Picks up prescriptions daily at Grace Health pharmacies.
• Delivers prescriptions promptly and accurately to patients or sites.
• Communicates delivery issues to pharmacy staff and patients.
• Maintains vehicle safety and security of medications during transport.
• Secures patient signatures upon delivery.
