Job summary

SpecialtyRx, Inc is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support data entry and customer order processing in a LTC pharmacy setting. You will answer phones, clarify orders, and triage faxes while maintaining accuracy and timely responses.

Required is an Ohio Pharmacy Technician license and prior pharmacy experience. Strong computer skills and excellent phone etiquette are essential. Training on first shift is available with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio Board of Pharmacy Technician License (required).
• Previous pharmacy experience.
• Long-Term Care (LTC) pharmacy experience preferred.
• Knowledge of brand-name and generic medications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Moderate to advanced computer skills required.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Frameworks / ECM system knowledge a plus.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and respond to orders, re-orders, and general customer inquiries.
• Handle and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Triage incoming faxes by facility/department in accordance with cutoff times.
• Clarify orders as needed.
• Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager.
