Job summary

Guardian Pharmacy of Michigan in Grand Rapids, MI, is seeking a Pharmacist Technician to enter and process prescriptions with speed and accuracy. You will communicate with customers by phone, ensure proper notes, and maintain accurate cycle fills.

The role requires MI license/certification and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. Schedule Monday–Friday 9:00 am–5:30 pm with one weekend every 6 weeks; some overtime/holiday work may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Pharmacy Technician license/certification/registration required per state.
• National Certification (PTCB) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter and refill prescriptions into the operating system accurately and timely.
• Triage incoming fax prescriptions for timely dispensing.
• Maintain proper notes and cycle fill coding in the system.
• Verify dosage based on prescriptions.
• Assist with filing, packaging, inventory and medical records as needed.
• Respond to customer calls with care and courtesy while routing as appropriate.
