Job summary

FountainRx Specialty Pharmacy is seeking a Data Analyst to support operational, clinical, and financial performance in Morristown, TN. This onsite role focuses on specialty pharmacy operations, reporting, revenue cycle analytics, and compliance-driven data submissions.

The analyst will design and maintain reports and dashboards, translate data into actionable insights for executives and clinical leadership, and prepare data packages for manufacturers, payers, and hub organizations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
2+ years of data analysis or reporting experience in healthcare preferred.
Proficiency in Excel and SQL; familiarity with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards for leadership with a focus on specialty operations.
