Qualifications

• Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Preferred Experience: Real-time claims management tools, broad computer skills, and knowledge of medical/pharmaceutical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze pharmacy data for reporting.
• Support billing, recovery, and drug savings programs.
• Provide training and educational support for internal/external stakeholders.
• Query data for clinical and administrative reports and assist formulary management.
• Handle customer service inquiries related to pharmacy claims.
