Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Pharmacy Analyst for a day shift (0800-1630) with a remote option and a preference for candidates in the Springfield, MO area. The role covers data collection, reporting, billing support, drug-savings initiatives, and training across the Mercy pharmacy network.

Experience with real-time claims tools and strong medical terminology knowledge is valued. Qualifications include a high school diploma (bachelor's preferred) and broad software proficiency.

Additionally, this role may engage in data querying for clinical and administrative reports, contribute to formulary management, address customer service inquiries related to pharmacy claims, and assist with educational support and distribution for internal and external stakeholders. This role provides critical program analysis and support to our pharmacy across the Ministry.

Position Details:

• Pharmacy Analyst - Days - Full Time


• Shift: 0800-1630


• Remote but prefer applicant to live in Springfield, MO area.


• MUST live in a location where a Mercy hospital is located. (Springfield, MO, St. Louis, MO, Joplin, MO)


• Experience with 340B is a bonus.
