Walgreens in Austin, TX seeks a Pharmacy Support/Customer Service role to assist pharmacists and deliver outstanding shopper experiences. You will register purchases, advise customers, stock shelves, and participate in pharmacy workflow under supervision.

The position emphasizes accuracy, courtesy, and adherence to laws while supporting daily store operations. Applicants should have flexible hours and be fluent in English; prior retail exposure and a PTCB certification are preferred.

• PTCB certification is required / training provided to maintain certification.

Responsabilidades

• Register sales at cash register and provide courteous checkout service.
• Assist pharmacist under supervision, using pharmacy systems to process prescriptions.
• Engage customers and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Keep counters and shelves clean, stocked, and merchandised; check prices.
• Assist with pharmacy operations: entering patient/drug info, filling prescriptions, and verifying medicines.
• Report prescription errors to pharmacist and comply with policies.
