Job summary

Qualifications

• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience and basic math skills for accurate prescriptions.

Responsibilities

• Register sales on assigned cash register and provide courteous checkout service.
• Assist the pharmacist under direct supervision in processing prescriptions.
• Offer product assistance and upsell items to customers.
• Maintain store cleanliness, shelves, and inventory records as directed.
• Support pharmacy operations, including entering patient data and verifying information.
• Handle customer calls and help resolve issues following policy guidance.
