Job summary

Walgreens is seeking dedicated staff to provide outstanding customer service at the point of sale and to support the pharmacy team. You will greet customers, assist with product selection, operate checkout, and ensure accurate processing of prescriptions under supervision.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is preferred. Prior retail exposure and PTCB certification are advantageous for this role in our Puerto Rico locations.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willing to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Six months of retail experience preferred.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Register purchases, handle cash, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Assist pharmacists under supervision with processing prescriptions.
• Maintain clean, organized shelves and inventory control.
