Job summary

Qualifications

• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.
• Prefer good math skills for filling prescriptions or transactions.
• Prefer good computer skills.
• Prefer knowledge of store inventory control.
• Prefer PTCB certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist under supervision with dispensing and processing prescriptions.
• Provide courteous, friendly checkout service and upsell when appropriate.
• Register purchases, handle cash, refunds, exchanges and voids.
• Maintain clean, merchandised shelves and inventory records.
• Support Pharmacy Department on inventory management and scheduling.
