Job Title: Pharmacy Customer Service Associate at Walgreens

1. Delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
2. Registering sales and providing courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
3. Assisting the pharmacist under supervision in pharmacy practice, including using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, and processing prescriptions.

Customer Experience

• Greeting customers, offering assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.

Operations

• Providing fast and friendly service, recommending products, handling transactions, maintaining store cleanliness, managing inventory, supporting pharmacy activities, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Training & Personal Development

• Maintaining PTCB certification, attending training, and staying updated on healthcare and pharmacy developments.

Minimum Qualifications

• Fluent in English (excluding Puerto Rico).
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

• Six months retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, knowledge of inventory control, and PTCB certification.
