Responsibilities

• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
• Assists the pharmacist, under supervision, in pharmacy practice, including using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.

Customer Experience

• Engages customers and patients, offers assistance, and resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Shares customer service best practices with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.

Operations

• Provides courteous, friendly, and efficient service; recommends products and manages transactions.
• Supports pharmacy activities such as prescription filling, inventory management, and compliance with regulations.

Training & Personal Development

• Earns and maintains PTCB certification and participates in training for ongoing education.
• Requires fluency in English and willingness to work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Preferred: 6 months retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, PTCB certification.
