• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
• Assists the pharmacist, under direct supervision, in the practice of pharmacy, including using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions, in accordance with state and federal regulations.

Customer Experience

• Engages customers and patients by greeting them, offering assistance, resolving issues, and answering questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Shares customer service best practices with team members, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits.

Operations

• Provides courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service.
• Recommends items and manages transactions, including voids, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintains store cleanliness, manages inventory, and assists with pharmacy duties such as entering patient information, filling prescriptions, and supporting workflow.
• Ensures compliance with pharmacy policies, handles calls, processes claims, and supports inventory management.
• Assists with store displays, product placement, and customer service in photo and web order areas.
• Maintains store appearance and adheres to company policies, supporting respectful coworker relationships.

Training & Personal Development

• Earns and maintains PTCB certification and completes ongoing training and education.

Basic Qualifications

• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail and prior Walgreens employment preferred.
• Good math and computer skills, knowledge of inventory control, and PTCB certification are advantageous.
