Responsibilities
- Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
- Register sales, provide courteous checkout service, and assist customers proactively.
- Assist pharmacists under supervision, using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, and process prescriptions.
Customer Experience
- Engage customers, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience.
- Share customer service best practices with team members.
Operations
- Provide fast, friendly service and recommend products.
- Handle transactions, returns, and stock management.
- Support pharmacy operations, including prescription filling, inventory management, and compliance with regulations.
Training & Personal Development
- Maintain PTCB certification and participate in training and continuing education.
Minimum Qualifications
- Fluent in English (excluding Puerto Rico).
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in retail, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, and PTCB certification are preferred.
