Responsibilities

1. Deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
2. Register sales, provide courteous checkout service, and assist the pharmacist in pharmacy operations, including using pharmacy systems for prescription processing.
3. Engage customers, resolve issues, and model customer service best practices.
4. Provide efficient service, recommend products, and manage transactions and inventory.
5. Assist with pharmacy duties such as prescription filling, inventory management, and compliance with legal regulations.
6. Support store maintenance, promotional displays, and web order fulfillment.
7. Participate in training, maintain certification, and develop healthcare and pharmacy knowledge.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Preferably six months retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, and PTCB certification.

Additional Information

Role is full-time, with a pay range of $16.50 - $18/hour. Employment is contingent on meeting minimum requirements, and Walgreens is an equal opportunity employer.
