• Modeling and delivering a distinctive customer experience.

• Assisting pharmacists under supervision with pharmacy tasks, using pharmacy systems to process prescriptions.

Customer Experience:

• Greeting customers, resolving issues, and sharing service best practices.

Operations:

• Providing fast, friendly service; recommending products; handling transactions; maintaining store appearance; supporting pharmacy operations; ensuring compliance with laws and policies; and assisting with inventory and display setup.

Training & Personal Development:

• Maintaining PTCB certification and participating in ongoing training.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English (excluding Puerto Rico).
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Experience:

• Retail experience, familiarity with Walgreens, good math and computer skills, and PTCB certification are preferred.
