Responsibilities

• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Registers sales, provides courteous checkout service, and assists the pharmacist under supervision in pharmacy tasks, including using pharmacy systems to process prescriptions.

Customer Experience

• Engages customers, resolves issues, and shares best practices to ensure a positive experience.

Operations

• Provides fast, friendly service, recommends products, handles transactions, maintains store cleanliness, assists in pharmacy inventory, and ensures compliance with legal and company policies.

Training & Personal Development

• Earns and maintains PTCB certification, attends training, and stays updated on healthcare developments.

Qualifications
