Responsibilities

1. Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
2. Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
3. Assists the pharmacist, under supervision, in pharmacy practice, including using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
4. Engages customers and patients, resolving issues and answering questions to ensure a positive experience.
5. Recommends items and assists customers in locating products.
6. Handles transactions, including voids, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
7. Maintains store cleanliness, inventory, and displays.
8. Supports pharmacy operations, including prescription filling, inventory management, and compliance with regulations.
9. Provides customer service in the photo area and online order pickup.
10. Participates in training, maintains certification, and keeps up with industry developments.

Qualifications
