Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service at the register.
• Recommends items and completes exchanges, refunds, and returns as needed.
• Assists pharmacists in scheduling, entering patient and drug information, and processing prescriptions.
• Maintains store counters, shelves, and merchandising; supports inventory and price checks.
• Engages customers, answers questions, and helps with product location and recommendations.
