Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior experience with Walgreens preferred.
• Good math, counting and weighing medications, and strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolves issues to ensure positive experience.
• Models customer service best practices and shares service traits with team members.
• Provides courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service; assists with product recommendations and upselling.
• Operates registers, handles cash, returns, exchanges, and rain checks; assists customers to locate items.
• Uses pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug information, fills prescriptions, and assists pharmacists with workflow.
• Maintains store cleanliness, merchandising, pricing, and inventory records; supports pharmacy operations per policies.
