Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Provide courteous, fast, and efficient service at the register and throughout the store.
• Recommends items and promotes add-ons and promotions to customers.
• Handle cash, returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately at the point of sale.
• Maintain clean, stocked counters and shelves; price checks and merchandising as directed.
• Protect store assets and follow loss prevention procedures.
• Support separation of food items and proper product placement as per policy.
• Assist with exterior and interior maintenance and overall store appearance.
• Provide photo area services (passport photos, prints) when required and manage web pickup orders.
