Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• Good math skills for accurate prescription filling.
• Good computer skills.
• Knowledge of store inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous checkout service.
• Assists pharmacist under supervision in dispensing medications and using pharmacy systems.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and well merchandised; handles inventory and price checks.
• Processes returns, exchanges, rain checks, and refunds as needed.
• Provides customer service in the photo area and assists with order pickup.
• Performs duties as assigned by Pharmacy Manager and Store Manager; supports pharmacy workflow and policy compliance.
