Responsibilities

• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous, friendly checkout service.
• Assist the pharmacist under direct supervision, using pharmacy systems to process prescriptions.
• Provide customers with help locating products and offering assistance with services.
• Keep counters and shelves clean and merchandised; perform inventory and pricing checks.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds; assist with pharmacy workflow and patient information entry.
• Support pharmacy team with inventory management and compliance with policies.
