Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment (preferred).
• Prior experience with Walgreens (preferred).
• Good math skills for counting, measuring, and weighing medications (pharmacy context).
• Good computer skills (general).
• Knowledge of store inventory control (preferred).
• PTCB certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service at checkout.
• Assist pharmacist under supervision in processing prescriptions and patient information.
• Handle prescription processing, including entering data and checking for interactions.
• Maintain counters, shelves, and displays; assist with inventory and pricing.
• Support pharmacy operations, including scheduling and workflow support.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and pharmacy code of conduct.
• Provide photo area services and web order pickups as needed.
• Assist with general store maintenance and clerical tasks.
