Responsibilities

• Provides courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service.
• Recommends items for sale and upsell opportunities.
• Registers customer purchases, processes returns, exchanges, and voids; assists in locating products.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and well merchandised; maintains inventory records.
• Fills prescriptions by retrieving, counting, and pouring medications; assists pharmacists with workflow.
• Reports prescription errors to the pharmacist on duty and complies with company policies.
• Assists with pharmacy inventory management and warehouse overages/shortages/issues.
• Handles phone calls not requiring the pharmacist’s attention.
• Assists with exterior and interior store maintenance and equipment operation.
• Provides photo area services and assists with web-pickup orders.
