Qualifications

• Experience with Walgreens is preferred.
• Strong Math skills for counting, measuring, and weighing medications.
• Good computer skills.
• Knowledge of store inventory control preferred.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist under supervision in prescription processing.
• Provide courteous, efficient checkout and customer service.
• Operate pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information.
• Fill prescriptions by retrieving, counting and pouring medications.
• Maintain store cleanliness and shelving; assist with inventory.
• Handle returns, exchanges, rain checks, and refunds when needed.
• Support pharmacy team with scheduling and workflow.
• Adhere to company policies and Good Faith Dispensing.
