Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• PTCB certification preferred.
• Good math and computer skills helpful for filling prescriptions.

Responsibilities

• Registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous checkout service.
• Assists pharmacist under direct supervision in dispensing and processing prescriptions.
• Keeps counters, shelves, and displays clean and well merchandised.
• Handles returns, exchanges, and refunds; processes voids and rain checks.
• Provides customer service in photo area and supports web pick-up duties.
• Reports prescription errors to pharmacist and adheres to pharmacy policies.
