Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a team-oriented associate to deliver a distinctive customer experience and support pharmacy operations in a fast-paced retail setting. You will register customers, assist pharmacists under supervision, and use pharmacy systems to process prescriptions while maintaining store standards.

The role requires English fluency, flexibility for evenings/weekends, and strong math and computer skills. Prior retail or Walgreens experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• Good math skills for filling prescriptions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous checkout service.
• Assists the pharmacist under supervision in the practice of pharmacy and uses pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information.
• Performs clerical duties and processes third-party prescription claims.
• Maintains counters, shelves, and displays; handles inventory and pricing as directed.
• Provides customer service in the photo area and supports web pick-up orders.
